Cheerleading is a sport which is led by a cheerleader that uses organized routines range from 1 minute to 3 minutes made from elements of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers, and stunting to direct spectators of events to cheer on sports teams at games and matches and/or compete at cheerleading competitions. The athlete involves or the doing these activities of dancing and cheering are called cheerleader. Cheerleaders require marvelous talent, energetic personality, and the ability to bring smiles to the spectators of the events. A cheerleading profession got so many benefits other than money. Cheerleading gives us the ability to gain confidence and become an optimistic in life. It also helps the cheerleaders to improve their stamina, Fitness of the body, coordination and strength, and improves the team coordination. The National Cheerleading Federation's was the largest regional cheerleading competition, held in Milton Keynes in May 2009. Cheerleading was originated at United States and remains predominantly American activity but in United Kingdom it is not yet been recognized there as a sport. It has been estimated that 1.5 million participants are in all-star cheerleading. Due to its growing popularity, a global audience has been led by the 1997 start of broadcast of cheerleading competition by ESPN International and the worldwide release of the 2000 film Bring it On. Nowadays, there are now 100,000 estimated participants scattered around the rest of the world in countries including Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
