INDOOR SOCCER

Indoor soccer or arena soccer, or six-a-side football in the United Kingdom, it is a game originally came fromassociation football which is sometimes referred to us as soccer, made to play in an indoor arena like a turf-covered hockey arena or skating rink. The indoor field, instead of touch lines, it is surrounded by a wall. The term "indoor soccer" is well known as a description of the different style of the game that is even used to describe similar fields which are built outdoors.

United Kingdom and Canada are dedicated to indoor soccer wherein both of them had a professional league in this kind of sport. Indoor soccer is also played outside of these two countries, most indoor play involves the FIFA- sanctioned game of futsal. Nowadays, in Mexico the indoor soccer becomes a popular sport. Indoor soccer included as part of the Universiada (University National Games) and the CONADEIP (Private School Tournament), which match the University school teams from all over the Mexico. Indoor soccer fields are mostly built outdoors, and it is known asfutbol rapido ("fast football") in Mexico. In Brazil it's called "Futebol Society" or "Showbol".

Indoor soccer develops three fitness systems: (a) the ATP (Adenosine Tri Phosphate) System for short bursts of speed and power: (b) fire lactic acid system for intermediate power, and (c) the aerobic system for endurance. The various situational and positional challenges in indoor soccer encompass eye to foot, thigh, chest, head and hand coordination (for goalkeepers). There is no other sport with this range of coordination components. In addition, split second adjustments in body position put great pressure and emphasis on the development of excellent balance and agility.
